    God only knows how much windshield time I’ve put in that didn’t pan out. You can never know what you’re up against until you see it with your own two eyes. For whatever reason, a lot of clients (and fellow PIs for that matter) don’t seem to grasp this.

    Like the video format BTW - Nice to put a face with a name.
