Episode 23-Success means knowing your goals and being able to communicate them

Thank you for visiting the website. Don't forget to leave comments or visit the forum!

The title pretty much sums it up. Multiple investigators, several concurrent operatives in the field at the same time and a client that wants all the answers sooner rather than later. It’s a recipe for disaster and I talked about why. Even more important, I discussed some of the options and the ways to do it right.

It’s a little bit rough because of some wind noise, but hopefully the point isn’t lost. To be successful, you need to be able to help the client communicate their needs and you need to be able to communicate those needs to your field personnel. Accurate communication both written and spoken is vital in this business.

Episode 21-How to screw up evidence and destroy our industry: A Rant
