An opportunity to do some foot surveillance got me to thinking about how easy it is to get lazy when doing surveillance. It turned into a short commentary about leaving your comfort zone and always being alert.

Great reminder of constantly working the case. Just because the subject goes to the store doesn’t mean you get to take a break. It’s all about serving the client’s interest!
